In addition to her real estate sales ventures, Judy currently travels throughout the mid-shore (Talbot, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Caroline, and Dorchester Counties) assessing and carrying out business development opportunities with healthcare providers for the University of Maryland – Shore Regional Health. This affords her the occasion to experience firsthand the various areas and cultures of the mid-shore. Judy has been in healthcare management for over 20 years during which time she has worked with realtors, attorneys, and contractors in the development of de novo facilities, renovations, acquisitions, and sales.
Judy grew up as one of six children on a small farm in what was then rural Baltimore County. She attended American University in Washington D.C., and has lived and worked in both rural and urban settings. Judy’s experiences afford her a unique perspective and understanding of real estate business/investment opportunities, and the adjustment individuals and families face in moving and how they can best adapt and find what they are looking for in the mid-shore region.
With both of her children off to college (one Terp and one Cavalier), Judy seized the opportunity to move to the Eastern Shore. And after taking a year to get settled and acquainted, she decided to capitalize on her strengths and begin selling real estate. Judy lives on Tilghman Island and has enjoyed exploring, learning the area, meeting new people, and making new friends throughout the mid-shore region.
